Fly the Fortress! April 2 – 4, KDVT Deer Valley, AZ

Once again the EAA B-17 Aluminum Overcast is on display at Deer Valley AirPort KDVT, April 2-4 2010. Thanks go out to the good people at Cutter Aviation Deer Valley.http://www.cutteraviation.com/ I called the Desk and asked if I could get out on the ramp early to get some shots with no people in the frame. The friendly Profesionals at Cutter made every effort to accommadate me. I thank you again.

EAA is offering historic flight experiences in its beautifully restored B-17G Flying Fortress “Aluminum Overcast.http://www.b17.org/” This aircraft is an example of the American heavy bomber that helped turn the tide of battle in World War II. Fly a mission back in time and feel the might of this magnificent aircraft, just as those brave young men did more than 50 years ago.
