		<description>This plane was featured in an episode of the TV show 12 O&#039;Clock High as the mount of a visiting/AWOL fighter pilot.  It was silver, with invasion stripes, and  L A R G E  &quot;N5441V&quot; emblazoned on the side (which was obviously inappropriate for its TV role).</description>

		<description>The picture at the heading looks like a B-36D with the 4 extra (jet) engines, not the original 6 (prop) engine    B-36B. It would likely have been a very different story if Oliver Hildebrandt had had 4 extra engines !</description>
